Our approach
Research, structure, design, motion and development stay connected. This page explains how the work is organised and handed over.
01 / Brief
A finished specification is not required. We define the challenge, available material, constraints and decision-making process before fixing the scope.
02 / Process

03 / Operations
We work with existing material, organise the information and help formulate key messages. Specialist copywriting, translation and content production are scoped separately.
We support WordPress, headless CMS and custom admin systems. Sanity, Strapi and Directus are possible headless options. Small presentation websites do not need an admin panel by default.
After reviewing the existing stack, we can connect CRM through APIs, forms, SMTP, analytics, maps, catalogues, import/export, webhooks, external booking, basic AI features and internal dashboards.
We treat URL architecture, navigation, localised metadata, text expansion and hreflang as part of the core system.
We prepare semantic markup, metadata, canonicals, sitemap, robots, performance and migration considerations. Ongoing search marketing is a separate discipline.
04 / Production
05 / Ownership
The project is not tied to a closed EO Labs platform. The exact handoff package is defined in the project scope.
06 / AI-assisted production
We use AI tools across research, prototyping, development and QA to validate options faster and automate visual regression. Architecture, design and product quality remain our responsibility.
