Personal Data Processing Consent
Version 1.1. This consent applies only to the EO Labs contact form and does not include marketing messages. This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the Russian-language version shall prevail.
Controller

Data and Purpose
The submitted name, phone number, email address or Telegram username, optional company or project, optional project type, project description or interactive brief answers about goals, scope, materials, timing and budget are processed to receive the enquiry, contact the applicant and prepare a response. The timestamp of consent, the version of this text and the page the enquiry came from are recorded alongside it as evidence that consent was given. The data is not used for marketing and is not disclosed to third parties beyond those named below.
Processing and Service Providers
Collection, recording, use, transfer to contracted processors, storage, correction, blocking, deletion and destruction are permitted. The form sends the enquiry to the same-origin /api/contact.php handler hosted on Timeweb, which first records it in MySQL and then sends an SMTP notification from hello@eolabs.ru to the same address. Hosting, the database and the mailbox are located on Timeweb servers in the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer takes place.
Term, Withdrawal and Destruction
Consent remains valid for no more than 12 months from the date of the enquiry, until its purpose is fulfilled or until it is withdrawn, whichever occurs first. Withdrawal does not affect processing performed before receipt. After withdrawal or expiry, the data is deleted from the database and the mailbox, and destruction is confirmed by a record of destruction and an export from the event log.
