Context

A loft on Malaya Semyonovskaya, five minutes from Elektrozavodskaya. The venue is rented as a whole and hosts very different things: conferences, parties and company events, shoots, weddings and banquets. Each format raises its own questions, yet one person decides — an organiser comparing several venues in a single browser tab.

02

Challenge

Build a page where the organiser reaches the question «is this date free?» on their own: they find their format, understand the rate and picture the room without trading a phone number for a price list.

03

Formats Instead of a Service List

The first substantive screen is arranged by event scenarios rather than by venue services. Each has its own card with a real photograph of the room, a short summary of the equipment and a note on capacity and seating. Organisers recognise themselves at a glance and skip what does not concern them.

Pricing Without «Leave Your Number»

The hourly rate is published openly across three tariffs: weekdays, weekends and shoot days. Next to each sit the minimum block of hours, what the rate includes and what it does not. Booking, rescheduling and technical hours are stated under the tariffs instead of being left to correspondence.

What the Rate Already Covers

A dedicated section answers the main objection in venue rental: how much has to be added on top. Sound, projector and screen, furniture, the dressing room, the bar, Wi-Fi and an on-site manager are listed as line items, with caveats where caveats exist. Promising «all inclusive» and printing the asterisks in the same block is more honest than an elegant silence.

The Room and the Floor Plan

Photography of the hall runs as a captioned gallery, followed by a measured plan with areas and dimensions in millimetres. The photographs answer «what is it like here», the plan answers «will we fit and how do we seat people». Together they remove the site visit as a mandatory step before booking.

Mobile

The order of sections stays the same on a phone, the density does not: formats and tariffs unfold into a vertical sequence, the plan opens large as a separate action, and the phone number and messenger remain reachable from the header at any scroll position.

The Path to a Booking

Every button on the page leads to one place — checking a date. The form asks for three things: name, phone, date and format, with Telegram and a call button beside it for people who would rather write. Consent and the privacy policy are in place, and analytics load only after explicit permission.
